Questions, answered
How far ahead should I order?
Two days for cookies, cupcakes, macarons, cake pops and pastries. Five days for celebration cakes and party tables - and the earlier the better around holidays.
Can you match my colours or theme?
Yes - that's our favourite part. Add your colours, theme, names or a photo idea in the order notes at checkout, or use the custom order form.
Do you deliver?
We offer pickup and local delivery. Choose at checkout and we'll confirm the time with you.
What about allergies?
Our kitchen uses wheat, dairy, eggs and nuts. Tell us about any allergy in your order notes and we'll let you know honestly what we can do.
When am I charged?
Online orders are paid at checkout. Custom orders are quoted first - nothing is charged until you approve your quote.
Can I change my order?
Reply to your order email at least 48 hours before your date and we'll do our best to make changes.
