What we collect
When you order: your name, email, phone number, pickup or delivery address and your order notes (dates, colours, themes). When you send a custom order request: what you write in the form. If you make an account: your sign-in details and your past orders.
Why we use it
Only to bake, deliver and answer your order - to confirm it, ask about details, and let you know when it is ready. We never sell your details or share them for advertising.
Payments
Card payments are handled by a secure payment processor. Your full card number never reaches us and is never stored on this site.

This site uses small cookies to remember what is in your bag and to keep you signed in to your account. No advertising trackers.
Your choices
You can see your details and orders any time under My account. To have your details removed, send us a message through the custom order form and we will delete them, except what we must keep for tax records.
